• Transit Time: Shipping within New Zealand typically takes 6 to 14 business days, depending on your delivery location.

• Due to the bulky nature of our products, please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If any damage has occurred during transit, please contact us at vietnztrading@gmail.com within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can assist you.
Return & Refund Policy
At Timber Resin Tops, all our resin tables, benchtops, and furniture pieces are handcrafted and custom-made to your specific requirements. Due to the bespoke and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been processed and production has begun.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We take great pride in our quality control. However, due to the bulky nature of our products, please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If any damage or manufacturing defect has occurred during transit, please contact us at vietnztrading@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
